You will work with the Warehouse Manager to execute plans, monitor performance metrics, and maintain a secure, efficient work environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year(s) in warehouse or logistics supervision, strong communication, and a willingness to work hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse/operations team.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Safe operating procedures and OSHA-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and daily warehouse operations oversight.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and lead pre/post-shift meetings.
• Allocate labor and manage workflow to meet SLA goals.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates, drivers, and contractors.
