Job summary

Staffmark Group in Groveport, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for direct hire. You will lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, oversee 20+ staff, manage inventory accuracy, and drive safety and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5+ years of supervisory leadership, SAP/SAP HANA experience preferred, and strong Excel/Word skills. Schedule is Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with OT; salary around $70,000 per year plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervising warehouse teams and daily operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP/SAP HANA or similar WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Manage and coach a team of 20+ employees, scheduling and monitoring productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies with root cause analysis.
• Develop SOPs, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance; maintain clean, organized warehouse.
