Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily distribution operations. You will manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing and loading while guiding a small team to meet quality and on-time shipment goals.

The role requires forklift proficiency, SAP experience, and a commitment to safety and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pass certification.
• Hazardous Materials certification training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety and SOP adherence.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and SAP.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve inquiries.
• Plan workloads to meet same-day shipping goals for orders received by 3:00 PM.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT) and truck maintenance.
