Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and address performance issues with management.
• Review and route sales orders; ensure shipping accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Enter and look up orders and shipping data in respective systems.
• Lead staff in safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Assist in cash handling and customer service in smaller locations when needed.
