Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse/distribution center experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS and inventory software.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Six Sigma Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory via cycle counts and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and resolve shipping or inventory issues.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service.
