Nebraska Furniture Mart, Inc. in Cedar Park, TX seeks a Warehouse Supervisor II to coordinate with staff across ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying and shipping goods, and to manage supplies, tools, and equipment in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

You will lead by coaching, training, hiring, and providing regular feedback, while ensuring staff meet goals and follow attendance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year supervisory or management experience.
• 2 years' warehouse experience.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Ensure machines/equipment are properly utilized and immediately correct inappropriate operating behaviors
• Teamwork: Perform duties of supervised staff to assist in meeting deadlines and/or to fill in when short staffed

NFM's Warehouse Supervisor II will coordinate with staff to accomplish ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying and shipping. This person will also be responsible for supplies, tools, equipment and parts in the warehouse and/or sales floor.
