Job summary

Cedarparktexasedc is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor II to coordinate with staff to manage ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying and shipping. The role also oversees supplies, tools, equipment and parts in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

You will monitor workloads, coach and develop team members, conduct monthly staff meetings, control expenses and ensure safety and punctuality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year supervisory or management experience.
• 2 years’ warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record preferred.
• PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

• Ensure machines/equipment are properly utilized and immediately correct inappropriate operating behaviors
• Perform duties of supervised staff to assist in meeting deadlines and/or to fill in when short staffed
