Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate and direct department workflow in our Cedar Park, TX facility. You will be the main contact for your department and ensure safety trainings are completed for staff.

Responsibilities include tracking attendance, assigning tasks, coaching on equipment and policy updates, and driving timely completion of departmental projects while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 3 years warehouse experience.
• 3 years customer contact experience.
• Lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to operate scanning equipment preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check.

Pay Range: $22.10 - 27.40 hourly

• Assist: Work with management to maintain departmental policies, procedures, training material and communications

• Coach: Train new and current staff on department specific equipment, updates to policies and process improvements
