Dollar General is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor I to oversee receiving, stocking, order filling, and shipping operations in our distribution center. The role may supervise staff and equipment operators and requires strong attention to inventory accuracy and safety.

You will review WMS reports, manage daily staffing, collaborate with HR, and lead performance reviews while ensuring efficient, safe distribution center operations.

Formación

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Automated distribution center experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews WMS reports and notifies WMS personnel of shutdowns or failures.
• Uses SOPs to resolve problems and communicates issues to Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Reviews staffing levels and collaborates on staffing plans with the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Plans daily production goals and monitors productivity improvement opportunities.
• Interviews and selects candidates with Human Resources support.
• Conducts annual employee reviews and merit increase evaluations.
