Qualifications

• Automated distribution center experience preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports and notifies WMS personnel of failures.
• Uses SOPs to resolve problems and communicates issues to the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Plans daily production goals and staffing levels.
• Maintains employee records and conducts annual reviews.
• Interviews and selects candidates in partnership with Human Resources.
