Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of inventory accounting and distribution center workflows.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience in a DC environment.
• Experience with WMS and payroll/personnel systems such as KRONOS.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receipt, stocking, order filling, and shipment of merchandise.
• Monitors staffing levels and scheduling with the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Drives daily production goals and safety programs.
• Manages employee records and participates in performance reviews.
• Interviews and selects candidates with HR partnership.
