Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager for a 4PM–1AM shift, Tuesday through Saturday. You will supervise the shift, coach the warehouse team to boost productivity, and ensure quality and safety standards are met to maximize efficiency.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years in warehousing and 0–1+ years in leadership, or a HS diploma with 5+ years in warehousing and 2–3+ years in leadership. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree + 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership, or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory functions of the shift and department assigned.
• Coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service.
• Ensure that warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved.
• Track productivity to meet company requirements and maximize operational efficiency.
• Assist with transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
