Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Shift Supervisor with training, safety, reporting, and daily shift meetings. You will build and select orders accurately, operate powered equipment, manage inventory, and prepare orders for loading.

The role emphasizes coaching new hires, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and performing other duties as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of general work experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shift Supervisor in training, safety, reporting, and daily shift meetings.
• Build and select orders accurately by following load tickets and ensuring product quality.
• Operate and maintain powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and walkie-riders, with pre-shift checks.
• Manage inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, and ensuring proper date code accuracy.
• Prepare and move orders by shrink-wrapping, labeling, and transporting to loading dock or trailer.
• Serve as a role model and coach for new hires and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
