• Assign daily work duties to workers to meet safety, service, productivity and reliability goals.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training and direction to employees on SOPs.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
