Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan daily manpower needs, assign daily tasks and monitor safety and productivity. You will lead shift meetings, train staff and ensure SOP adherence while maintaining metrics on productivity and reliability.

The role emphasizes experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership, and the ability to manage workflows and overtime. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and company benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience, or High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of SOPs.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
