Quality Custom Distribution in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick-service restaurant brands. You will plan day-to-day operations, manage shipping, receiving, and product rotation, and ensure safety and performance standards are met.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse or distribution ops with supervision experience, a strong grasp of safety protocols, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7

Competenze

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision.
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted); forklift instructor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
• Experience working in (or around) union environments - union background a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Plans, implements, and monitors day-to-day operations for the warehouse department to meet objectives for shipping, product rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness.
• Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times and ensures compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations.
• Routinely informs and communicates with associates to ensure compliance with productivity, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Monitors and completes reports and paperwork such as time records, daily logs, and damage reports.
• Monitors product damage and audits routes to ensure reliable product delivery.
• Plans and schedules manpower.
• Plans and coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports.
• Performs other related duties as necessary.
