Quality Custom Distribution Services (QCD) in Riverside, MO seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead two shifts in a high-volume, temperature-controlled distribution center serving two iconic quick-service brands. You will guide day-to-day operations and develop a cohesive team focused on safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.

This role requires 3–6 years in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of safety and inventory practices, and proficiency with warehouse systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in warehouse or distribution operations
• Knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices
• Proficient with computer systems and reporting (barcoding, timekeeping)
• Ability to lead a diverse 24/7 team with focus on safety and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across two shifts
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch while maintaining safety and quality
• Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity
• Communicate clearly with team and set expectations
• Track KPIs and complete logs and timecards
• Plan labor and equipment to meet dynamic demands
• Collaborate with other teams to support performance and customer satisfaction
