Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order pulling, and loading for next-day delivery. You will supervise a team, ensure accuracy, and maintain stocking and safety procedures in a fast-paced distribution center.

Monday–Friday, 6am start, with duties until completion. This role requires 2–4 years of warehouse experience and a focus on quality service and efficient operations.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely and accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Ensures proper stocking and FIFO procedures for all stock rotation.
• Maintains service quality and ensures associates understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management system and other tech to maximize productivity.
• Manages building security and safety program compliance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
