GEODIS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily distribution center activities and supervise staff in order fulfillment, inventory control, and labor scheduling. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and efficient operations across shifts, including weekends.

The role requires 3–5 years warehouse experience with 1 year of supervisory responsibility. Flexibility to work various shifts and participate in safety and process improvements is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3–5 years related warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems.
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Prepares work schedules and manages labor needs.
• Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system.
• Interviews and trains new team members.
• Ensures team meets performance goals and adheres to safety procedures.
• Recommends process improvements and maintains stock accuracy.
• Prepares leadership reports and supports warehouse operations.
