Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of Golden State Foods, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and lead warehouse supervisors toward meeting productivity and quality goals.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse supervision, an AA degree in warehouse management or business administration, and knowledge of warehouse management concepts, budgeting, and MS Office. Focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

AA degree in warehouse management or business administration.
3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment with supervisory experience.
Knowledge of warehouse management concepts, budgeting, and MS Office.
Food safety concepts and techniques.

Mansioni

Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day warehouse operations to meet QCD objectives and ensure safety and quality.
Supervise the daily activities of warehouse supervisors with instruction, training and performance feedback.
Identify and resolve process operational issues to improve quality and productivity.
Enforce safety standards and quality procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and adaptable processes.
Routinely inform and communicate with leadership to promote smooth operations and policy adherence.
Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.
