Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of Golden State Foods, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for its Orlando distribution center. You will lead a fast-paced team in a high-volume operation, ensuring safe, efficient and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The role demands 3–6 years in warehouse roles with supervisory experience, a strong safety mindset, and proficiency with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision.
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted). Forklift instructor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
• Experience working in (or around) union environments – union background a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, and coordinates day-to-day warehouse operations to meet objectives for shipping, rotation, sanitation, safety and timeliness.
• Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times; ensures compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations.
• Communicates with associates to ensure productivity, safety, and sanitation policies are followed.
• Maintains time records, logs, and reports; handles documentation.
• Plans manpower and coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization.
