• Ability to assign work, monitor productivity, resolve issues professionally, and support employee performance.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, follow-through, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food and beverage production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory movement, staging, storage, and materials handling.
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees to promote safety, productivity, accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, food production requirements, warehouse procedures, and material handling practices.
• Monitor workflow, labor needs, and team performance to meet production, fulfillment, and distribution priorities.
• Maintain accurate inventory controls and support cycle counts, documentation, discrepancy resolution, and issue follow-up.
• Partner with production, logistics, and leadership teams to improve warehouse efficiency, service levels, and operational processes.

This direct hire Warehouse Supervisor opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and keeping shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow running smoothly. The role works closely with production, logistics, distribution, and leadership teams to support order fulfillment, operational accuracy, employee safety, and strong service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $58,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year.

• Experience supporting process improvements, safety initiatives, employee training, and warehouse best practices.
