Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize, stage, store, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for parcel and freight shipment.
• Process returned merchandise and prepare items for restocking as needed.
• Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, shipping, and warehouse records.
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity procedures while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay: $24 to $25 per hour.
• Annual salary range: $50,000 to $54,000 per year.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Overtime: Opportunity for additional hours based on business needs.
• Location: Tacoma, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and general warehouse operations.
• Pull, pack, stage, and prepare merchandise for customer orders and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory areas and assist with put-away, restocking, and warehouse cleanliness.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• 3 to 5 years of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow established warehouse procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling product, labels, paperwork, and inventory records.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 to 60 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience or forklift certification preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in a retail distribution, fulfillment, or high-volume warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with shipping documentation, inventory records, returns processing, or order staging preferred.
