Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations in Santa Barbara, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.


• Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming materials, products, and supplies.


• Load and unload trucks safely while following proper material handling procedures.


• Perform inventory counts, update records, and help maintain accurate stock levels.


• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while assisting with general warehouse duties.

Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.


• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, production, operations, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.


• Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar warehouse equipment.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and order records.


• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow safety procedures.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.


• Previous shipping and receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment experience is preferred.


• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment is helpful.
