Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading and storage. You will assign tasks, monitor productivity, ensure accuracy and safety, and train associates as needed.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage staffing and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues while maintaining KPI reports and a secure, clean environment. Weekend/extended hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 3 years of warehouse distribution experience and 1 year supervisory/lead experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to multitask, work flexibly, and proficient with MS Office and WMS.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform warehouse tasks.

Physical & Other Requirements:

The role requires frequent movement, lifting, and exposure to warehouse conditions, including temperature changes and noise. Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, and travel as needed.
