Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and lead staff to meet productivity, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (AA/BA preferred), 3–5 years of warehouse experience with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and knowledge of JD Edwards and inventory systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics.

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency, productivity, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety programs.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or operational issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on productivity, inventory, and staffing.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency, cost savings, and cleanliness.

  • May require overtime, weekends, or shift work depending on operational needs
