Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, and storage. The role focuses on productivity, accuracy, safety, and customer service by assigning tasks, training associates, and managing workflow.

You will lead pre-shift meetings, collaborate with departments to resolve issues, and monitor KPIs. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

Job description

Role Overview:

Supervises daily warehouse operations across areas such as shipping, receiving, and storage. Ensures productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service by assigning tasks, training associates, and managing workflow. Collaborates with departments to resolve issues and maintains warehouse KPIs. Upholds safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, oversees equipment maintenance, and reports any incidents or injuries. Manages staffing, training, performance, and department goals, including participation in labor agreement administration as needed. Leads pre-shift meetings and communicates operational updates to staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience in warehouse distribution and supervisory roles. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask, work flexibly, and lead teams effectively. Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about Warehouse Management Systems. Must meet physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds, walking, standing, and operating in a moderate to high noise environment.

Physical & Additional Requirements:
