The primary function of the Warehouse Supervisor role is to achieve operational results by clearly communicating departmental expectations and ensuring that staff have the necessary tools, training, and support to meet and exceed performance goals. This is a 2nd shift position, which includes scheduled weekend shifts and occasional additional hours or days as needed.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the cleaning, picking, packing, repairing, and processing of all inventory for shipment and returned product (as outlined by the Standard Operating Plan).
- Scheduling and assigning personnel; setting priorities; monitoring workflow; revising schedules as needed; and reporting results through shift production summaries.
- Maintaining quality service by upholding organizational standards.
- Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by training and leading staff on the proper use of equipment and resources, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Analyzing and assisting in resolving work-related problems; initiating or suggesting plans to motivate staff toward achieving departmental goals.
- Ensuring all daily work assignments are completed in a timely manner and all deadlines are met (using Matrix/Units of Measure).
- Supervising the auditing of all inbound and outbound transactions, depending on departmental responsibility.
- Managing departmental labor hours within budget.
- Coaching, guiding, and developing employees, and holding them accountable for performance.
- Approving employee PTO requests.
- Staffing, training, evaluating, and developing employees.
- Managing departmental attendance and punch records (ADP).
- Treating employees fairly and fostering positive morale.
- Complying with all environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping programs.
II. Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate degree in Business or a related discipline required
- 1–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment required

III. Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations
