Job summary

Annie International, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Leader to report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with General Manager.

The role oversees a 30-person team onsite from 7:30am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, with a focus on policy execution and process improvements. Responsibilities include implementing scanners, ERP changes, coordinating FedEx and UPS shipping, managing hires and terminations, cross training, reducing expenses, and driving a 3-day job completion window while aligning with senior

Responsibilities

• Communicate and enforce warehouse policies and processes.
• Cross-train team in various roles.
• Assist in implementing scanners for inventory processing.
• Assist in ERP changes.
• Review processes for better improvements and cost control.
• Assist in implementation of new technologies.
• Work to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
• Review invoices and follow shipping procedures for FedEx/UPS.
• Follow and implement all warehouse and company policies.
• Drive a 3-day window to get jobs out.
