  • Manage inventory levels and records.
  • Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure product quality, accuracy, and proper handling.

  • Train, coach, and mentor employees on procedures and safety.
  • Ensure OSHA and safety compliance.
  • Promote a safe, clean, organized warehouse.
  • Operate RF scanners and WMS.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor / Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating employees, and ensuring efficient and accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling activities. This role focuses on productivity, safety, quality, employee performance, and maintaining smooth warehouse workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and employees

  • Lead and support warehouse team members to meet productivity and operational goals

  • Coordinate employee assignments, attendance, and daily workflow

  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities

  • Supervise loading and unloading of products and materials

  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Perform and oversee inventory counts and investigate discrepancies

  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and proper handling of products

  • Monitor productivity and workflow to maximize operational efficiency

  • Track employee attendance and performance and communicate issues to management

  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse employees on procedures, equipment, and safety practices

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements

  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

  • Operate or oversee the use of RF scanners and warehouse management systems

  • Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, customers, and other departments

  • Address operational issues and resolve problems quickly and professionally

  • Manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and productivity

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, supervision, or team leadership

  • Strong leadership and employee coordination skills

  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and loading/unloading

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA compliance

  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate employees

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
