We are seeking a Supervisor with 2-5 years of management experience in distribution/transportation to join our team. Responsibilities

1. Negotiate rates with carriers
2. Manage site operations prioritizing safety and efficiency
3. Handle daily deposits, work logs, and reports
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
5. Enforce policies and safety rules
6. Conduct safety meetings
7. Assist in budget management
8. Schedule shifts, hire, and train employees
9. Supervise data entry and daily closeout procedures

Qualifications

1. 2+ years supervisory experience in an industrial setting
