Qualifications

• University degree preferred (logistics, supply chain, or business).
• 3+ years in warehouse operations focusing on inbound logistics/receiving.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Operations: supervise inbound activities, ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Team Supervision: lead inbound team, assign tasks, train, and support performance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate with procurement, inventory, and sales for delivery schedules.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure product quality and safety, conduct audits, maintain records.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Middlesex, NJ Pay: $6000-7000

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving Operations Supervise all inbound activities including unloading, inspection, and proper shelving of goods. Ensure accuracy of deliveries and compliance with quality standards.
• Team Supervision Lead and manage the inbound team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate closely with procurement, inventory, and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, resolve receiving discrepancies, and communicate with suppliers and logistics providers as needed.
• Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in receiving processes and implement best practices to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and improve accuracy.
• Quality & Compliance Ensure all received products meet quality and safety requirements. Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of inbound shipments.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, or business administration).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on inbound logistics or receiving.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.
