JINGDONG Logistics in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and coach a team of 15+ associates. You will drive safety, accuracy, and efficient workflows in a fast-paced facility that leverages modern warehouse technology.

The role emphasizes lead responsibilities, hands-on problem solving, and close collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• At least 2 years in a lead role overseeing 15+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders.
• Monitor productivity, adjust workflows, and address bottlenecks.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates; train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Allocate labor and assign tasks to meet operational goals.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor quality control and enforce adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate shift updates, challenges, and results to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot operational issues.

Pay Range: $26 - $29

What You'll Do
