JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Orlando, FL to support fast-paced warehousing and logistics operations. You will use RF scanners, assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, and help maintain inventory accuracy within a safety-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn WMS processes quickly, with opportunities to grow within a global, technology-driven logistics network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred.
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS, SOPs, and on-site operational processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
• Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on-site anomalies.

Responsabilidades

• Operate general warehouse equipment and assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and other staff to train new hires and resolve on-site issues.
• Utilize RF scanners and WMS to ensure efficient, accurate operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range: $19 – $21

What You’ll Do

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred;
