Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operator in Chino, CA. The role covers daily warehouse tasks including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks as certified, while following SOPs and client requirements to ensure accuracy and throughput. You will also support floor operations, train new hires, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to handle materials safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with supervisors.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks: Receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified.
• Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements.
• Ensure order accuracy and meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate with China-based merchant service team.
• Support Team Leads/Supervisors in managing daily floor operations.
• Assist with assigning tasks and work zones.
• Train new hires and coach associates on SOPs.
• Monitor workflow and flag delays or issues.
• Act as point-of-contact when supervisors are off the floor.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and warehouse policies.
• Identify and report safety risks, damaged goods, or process gaps.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards).
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate operational issues clearly to leadership.
• Assist with basic reporting (attendance, productivity, exceptions).
• Help ensure shift handoffs are accurate and complete.

About The Team

Warehouse Operator

Location: Chino, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time / Hourly

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily warehouse tasks: Receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified.
• Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements.
• Ensure order accuracy and meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate with China-based merchant service team.

Floor Support & Leadership Support

• Support Team Leads/Supervisors in managing daily floor operations.
