Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Middlesex, NJ seeks an experienced warehouse operations supervisor focused on inbound logistics. You will oversee receiving, inspection, and shelving, while leading a team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with procurement and inventory teams, you will resolve receiving discrepancies and drive process improvements. A university degree is preferred, with 3+ years in warehouse operations and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• University degree preferred (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, or business administration).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inbound logistics or receiving.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and shelve inbound goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Lead and coordinate inbound team tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and support.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and sales to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify inefficiencies in receiving processes and implement improvements to speed and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and maintain accurate records.

Ensure accuracy of deliveries and compliance with quality standards.Team SupervisionLead and manage the inbound team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate closely with procurement, inventory, and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, resolve receiving discrepancies, and communicate with suppliers and logistics providers as needed.Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in receiving processes and implement best practices to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and improve accuracy.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all received products meet quality and safety requirements.
