About the Role:

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of warehouse activities within the transportation and warehousing industry. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes, to meet organizational goals and customer expectations. The supervisor leads and develops warehouse staff by providing coaching, training, and performance management to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety standards. They ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO standards, and quality assurance protocols to uphold operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:
