Sovana Global Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role focuses on maintaining accuracy, workflow, and team productivity while complying with health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable warehouse experience required.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with Magaya Cargo System a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments
• Oversee accurate picking, staging, and preparation of orders for outbound shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments; resolve discrepancies or damages
• Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and audits
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members to meet performance goals
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies

This role is key to maintaining accuracy, workflow, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and actively participate in receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments
• Oversee accurate picking, staging, and preparation of orders for outbound shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments; resolve discrepancies or damages
