Job summary

Fix Supply LLC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision, to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery. You will lead a team, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound shipments, coordinating with production, and maintaining ERP/WMS data integrity.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management practices.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ensure proper operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.
  • Investigate injuries, incidents, and near-miss events.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Implement process improvements that reduce waste and increase operational effectiveness.
  • Track and report warehouse performance metrics.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.

Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and employee supervision. This role ensures the efficient flow of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies to support manufacturing operations and customer delivery requirements. The Warehouse Supervisor provides hands-on leadership to warehouse personnel, promotes a safe work environment, maintains inventory accuracy, and drives operational efficiency while supporting company goals for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate material transfers between warehouse and production departments.

Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories.

  • Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage practices.
  • Support ERP and inventory management system accuracy.
Shipping & Receiving
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Verify accuracy of incoming materials and outgoing orders.
  • Coordinate carrier scheduling and transportation logistics.
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Support customer delivery requirements and on-time shipment goals.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates.
