Job summary

Wetz Warehousing LLC in Marietta, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving, while leading staff through coaching and performance management. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
Certification or demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation and safety.
Strong knowledge of SOPs and warehouse safety regulations.
Experience with employee coaching, attendance tracking, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing and inventory control.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and quality measures in compliance with ISO standards.
Lead, train, and coach warehouse employees to improve performance, safety, and teamwork.
Monitor KPIs to assess operational efficiency and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure forklift operations are conducted safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
Maintain clear communication with employees, management, and customers to resolve issues and improve service.
Track employee attendance and manage scheduling to optimize workforce availability and productivity.
Conduct group coaching sessions and individual performance reviews to foster development and engagement.
