Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead receiving, shipping, and preparation processes, ensuring perfect product in perfect sequence and high inventory accuracy. You will train associates on equipment and warehouse systems, enforce safety policies, and uphold exceptional customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, college coursework, and at least two years of operational management experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Must have strong attention to detail, professional communication and customer service skills.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
