Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our distribution center. You will train staff on material handling equipment, audit safety policies, and oversee receiving, shipping, and staging to ensure accurate, well-presented product flow.

The role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and customer-service focus. Prior management experience in a warehouse setting is preferred and the candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with standard office software and WMS systems.
• Two years of operational management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, audit and ensure safety policies.
• Train associates on material handling equipment (order picker, electric pallet jack, stand-up forklift).
• Oversee receiving, shipping and prep to maintain perfect product sequencing.

• Teach, follow and audit Raymour & Flanigan's safety policies and procedures.
• Train associates on all material handling equipment including an order picker, electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift.
• Train associates in the use of our warehouse management systems.
• Oversee the furniture receiving, shipping and preparation process striving to have perfect product in perfect sequence.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure unparalleled customer service.

• Must have strong attention to detail, professional communication and customer service skills.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail are required.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Two years operational management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
