Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a warehouse operations leader in the United States. The role focuses on teaching, auditing safety procedures, and training staff on order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts. You will oversee receiving, shipping, and staging to ensure perfect product sequencing and high inventory accuracy.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, professional communication, and leadership to motivate teams toward total customer satisfaction.

• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure unparalleled customer service.
• Motivate associates toward our goal of total customer satisfaction while consistently demonstrating positive behaviors.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
