Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor to lead safety, training and inventory control. You will train associates on order picker, pallet jack and stand-up forklift, and supervise the use of our warehouse management systems.

The role emphasizes accurate receiving/shipping, exceptional customer service, and motivating staff toward total customer satisfaction. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Analytical, critical thinking and attention to detail required.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new programs.
• Two years operational management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma and two years of college coursework required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
