Raymour & Flanigan in Milford, CT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with loading/unloading furniture and operate order picker and electric pallet jack. You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment, follow safety policies, and may lead a small team as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; experience with order picker, pallet jack, and warehouse management systems is preferred. The role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for certification.

Responsabilidades

• Offloading and loading furniture on trailers, into bins, and within floor locations.
• Lift up to 200 lbs safely and operate warehouse equipment at heights of 30–40 feet above ground.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; perform additional functions as assigned.

• Ability to work independently and/or lead a team.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating an order picker and electric pallet jack is preferred.
• Experience with computerized warehouse management systems

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, lower, push, and pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture merchandise while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above the ground.
