Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking an operations leader to oversee delivery teams and warehouse associates within a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure adherence to safety procedures, coach staff, and foster energy and teamwork while pursuing realistic goals with partners across service centers, distribution centers, showrooms, and customers.

Expectations: Yearly salary $55,000-$65,000

Physical Requirements

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
