Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot seeks a dependable Stacker for its Distribution Center in Rhode Island. You will perform put-away, replenishment, transfers and order picking using a reach truck and RF scanner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse experience, and the ability to operate powered equipment safely. The role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience.
• Ability to learn RF scanner and safely operate powered equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and good team communication.
• Complete required equipment trainings and proficiency tests.

Responsibilities

• Put-away, replenishment, pull/ combine, transfers and consolidations.
• Scan pallets to locations and drop zones.
• Review daily audit trail and consolidate pallets to save space.
• Locate and move merchandise in warehouse; perform order picking when needed.
• Operate equipment and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Assist with special/high-priority projects.
