Swiftx Express is seeking a logistics operations supervisor to oversee DSP and staffing agency activities, ensure adherence to standards, and drive performance improvements. The role includes QA protocol development, training design, and fleet oversight.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, is bilingual in Mandarin, and has experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics. Strong leadership and decision-making skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and supervise operations of DSPs and staffing agencies such as sorters, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
