Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Dallas, TX is hiring for an Operations Lead in last-mile logistics. You will oversee daily dispatch, recruit DSPs, design training, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and on‑time deliveries.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in last-mile/3PL warehousing, and be fluent in Mandarin. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, with the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Support fleet operations, task distribution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
