Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead QA, coordinate logistics, manage budgets and KPIs, recruit staff, and design training to raise service quality while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.

• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
